Peaberries result when the coffee fruit develops only a single, oval bean rather than the usual pair of flat-sided beans. Peaberries produce a different (premium) cup than normal beans from the same crop. Grown at an altitude of approximately 5,300 feet and carefully hand-picked by our farmers, these beans are amongst the finest coffees in the world.
